What did you learn?

The OER Challenge Series gave me opportunities to learn about searching for open textbooks, openly licensed images and using the Mason as the tool to search across multiple collections of OERs. Using the Creative Commons license chooser to select the right license and generate the license code was easy. But my favorite tool was Hypothesis. I can see the value of using Hypothesis in my area of work to facilitate a more meaningful conversation. Collaborative annotation makes learning and reflecting a more active process and provides an opportunity to see the world from a new set of eyes, which is what the OER Challenge Series has done for me! Thanks to Tannis and Leva for the facilitation and my peers and friends who participated in the series!
